Frequently asked questions

What does DreamSleep offer me?

Everything you need for better sleep, in one app:

  • Your sleep profile and personalized practices, tailored to you and your pace
  • Your AI sleep coach in the chat, around the clock
  • Daily sleep diary with trends and weekly analysis
  • Curated knowledge modules, audio exercises, and calming sounds
  • Levels, rewards, and Quillo, your companion through the program
How is DreamSleep related to CBT-I?

Many of the practices in DreamSleep come from cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), the approach professionals use for persistent sleep problems. DreamSleep teaches you these techniques as self-guided training. The difference from therapy: there, a professional makes a diagnosis and guides you personally. That is why DreamSleep is not therapy and not a medical device. DreamSleep does not replace treatment. If you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, talk to your doctor before starting the program.

Who is DreamSleep for?

For adults who struggle to fall asleep, lie awake at night, or feel exhausted during the day and want to change that. If you suspect a physical condition (such as sleep apnea), please also talk to your doctor.

How much does DreamSleep cost?

The complete 8-week program costs a one-time €39 incl. VAT; as an introductory price until 31 December 2026 only €19. It does not renew automatically. After the 8 weeks, the app stays free to use with your account, sleep diary, and practices. Optionally, there is Premium Lite for €1.99/month with trends, audio exercises, and knowledge modules, and Premium Pro for €13.99/month including the AI sleep coach. Both subscriptions are taken out separately and can be canceled monthly. Outside the euro area the app stores show the price in your local currency.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

The program is designed for 8 weeks because sleep habits don't change overnight. The techniques are well studied: research on these techniques shows improvements for many people within a few weeks when they stick with it. And that's exactly our goal: that after the 8 weeks you sleep well and don't need DreamSleep anymore. Because the techniques you learn stay with you for life.
